A successful remodel happens when the Design & Build parts of the project are in harmony. Our Worry-Free Design Guarantee™ gives you the perfect design with no-risk on your part. We execute the building part of the project precisely and take care of all the materials, scheduling and every little detail of the job – so you don’t have to. No stress and worry free.
2. Zero-Sales Pressure from All-Star
We respect and understand that your remodeling project will happen on your schedule (not ours!) We want you to be confident and comfortable in who you select to do your project. This patient approach along with our 7-Day 'Sleep-On-It' Guarantee™ ensures zero-sales pressure and an enjoyable decision making process for you.
3. Guaranteed Budget
You may be surprised by the number of questions we ask and the time we spend with you during our initial meetings. We have learned that time invested early in the remodeling process is the key to the project going smoothly and achieving the final look and results you desire. We work with you to select all of the materials on the job so that we can deliver you a Guaranteed Budget before the work even begins.
4. Guaranteed Schedule
Happy homeowners have their projects started and completed on time. When our team gets on your job – we stay committed to it all the way through to completion. We also set a Guaranteed Schedule before work begins. If, for some reason, we go past that schedule we will pay you $100 for every day we are over. *See Contract for details.
5. Our Lifetime Warranty Promise
At your Post Project Meeting, we will present you with our All-Star Warranty Promise.
If there is a problem with our workmanship - whether it is 5 months or 5 years after the job is completed - we will be there to take care of it, for as long as you own your home.
